Role 1: Software Contracts and Licensing Specialist

Ideal for candidates with 5+ years’ experience in contracts, software licensing, legal support, or commercial compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate software licence agreements and addenda

  • Prepare custom software quotations

  • Manage tender responses and post-award support

  • Mentor team members and handle complex client interactions

  • Work closely with Finance for invoicing and pricing approvals

  • Provide KYC and compliance documentation

  • Coordinate software delivery

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a relevant field

  • Degree in Law, Business, or a related area

  • Excellent communication and document management skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

  • Confident managing deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel


Role 2: Software Contracts and Licensing Administrator

Perfect for entry-level professionals or those with 1–3 years’ experience in administration or contract support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with pricing and quotations

  • Issue standard licence agreements

  • Support clients with downloads and device access

  • Arrange courier/email delivery of software

  • Help with KYC and company information requests

  • Work with Finance to issue accurate invoices

  • Provide general admin support to the Contracts team

Requirements:

  • Degree (2:1 or above) in Business, Law, or similar – other fields welcome

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Solid academic background, especially in English and Maths

  • Detail-focused and organised

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
